Our signature event is the choreographer’s showcase, Sway With Us. Every month, We open our doors to choreographers, stage directors, dancers, and body movement experts to collaborate and exhibit their artistic abilities to a live audience. As the biggest monthly live dance event in Lahore, Sway Dance Project is very selective in choosing the choreographers to be exhibited after thoroughly assessing their body of work.

Our weekly Colony Live sessions bring independent and renowned musicians together for gigs. We have welcomed the finest in the country hosting producers and musicians whilst bringing back the concert culture in an intimate setting. From electronic, jazz, sufi, pop, rock, to independent musical nights. Keep an eye out for our monthly schedules.

The Colony is passionate about discovering and providing a platform for raw talent. Our hugely popular monthly Open Mic event is designed to promote your artistic journey. We welcome a broad spectrum of talent including singers, musicians, poets, comedians and other creatives to perform.

The Colony hosts and curates exhibitions giving fine artists and photographers a platform to exhibit their work internationally. Our week-long ‘Exhibit A’ consisted of incredible photographers and mixed media artists. The renowned photographer Alee Hassan along with artists such as Naad e Ali, Azwarism, Aimon, AR Hashmi, Saud Chaudry exhibited their theme-based photographs. Our second exhibition, ‘Sagar Theatre on Queen’s Road’, was curated by the Art Divvy Foundation as a collateral show of the Lahore Biennale 2020 with the biggest local and international artists. The show consisted of the likes of Kumail Aijazuddin, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Abdullah Qureshi, Amra Khan, Sophia Balagamwala, Mohsin Shaffi, Ali Baba to name just a few. We encourage and welcome curators, performance, visual, and fine artists to reach out to us for future exhibitions.
